Uniform Policy

All students are expected to dress appropriately for a K - 6th grade educational environment. Any clothing or accessories that interferes with or disrupts the educational environment is unacceptable.

All K-6th grade students will wear the uniform approved by Niagara Charter School.

Shirts

Short or long sleeve grey shirts with the Niagara Charter School logo.

Pants

Traditional cut navy blue pants, skirts, or shorts, may be worn. Baggy, sagging and cargo pants are not permitted. Skirts and shorts should hang just above the knee or longer.

Shoes

Sneakers or dress shoes- heels and open-toed shoes are not permitted.

Outerwear

Dark grey zip up fleece with the Niagara Charter School logo - This is the only article of clothing that may be worn over the uniform shirt while in school. No other sweatshirt or sweater may be worn.

It is expected that all students will wear their uniform shirts tucked inside their pants. Students not wearing their uniforms may be sent home that day. Hats or headwear of any kind are unacceptable.

Students who repeatedly do not comply with the Niagara Charter School Uniform Policy will face disiplinary measures.
